D2 Ventures LLC, a Virginia-based Business Management and Services Corporation, was founded in April 2013 with a focus on franchise ownership and management, publishing, and communications. Headquartered in Ashburn, Virginia, D2 Ventures operates primarily through its core Business Unit, D2 Franchise, along with three additional emerging units: D2 Communications, D2 Publishing, and D2 Consulting.

 

Since our inception, D2 Ventures has remained steadfast in our pursuit of excellence, driven by a diverse portfolio and a proactive approach to business. Our strategy is centered on portfolio diversification through both new developments and strategic acquisitions.

 

At the forefront of our operations is the D2 Franchise Business Unit, where we have successfully established and currently operate Tropical Smoothie Cafe franchises, with plans for further expansion. Additionally, we have secured a Northern Virginia Franchise Development Agreement to build several Another Broken Egg Cafes, solidifying our presence in the thriving franchise market. 

 

In addition to franchising, D2 Ventures is diversifying its portfolio with the development of the D2 Communications and D2 Publishing Business Units. These units will cater to entertainment and literary markets, managing voiceovers, podcasts, and independent book publishing, respectively.
